How does Shell Step work?
An undergraduate with the profile and skills that match your needs will be assigned to you for 8 weeks over the summer. They will give their full attention to a problem or challenge that you do not have the time or resources to focus on in-house.
Shell Step sources the highest calibre students with the right skills and knowledge to help your business. The fresh ideas brought by these students often offer innovative solutions to problems and many companies have been so impressed that they offer permanent employment after graduation.
How much does it cost?
The total cost for the 8 week project, including student’s training allowance, is £1,600.
