What is KTP?
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships involve a graduate, known as a KTP associate, joining a company for between one and three years to work on a key strategic project. They are jointly supervised by the company and an academic in a linked university.
KTP is the UK’s largest graduate recruitment scheme and can help Associates enhance their career prospects by providing them with top class training and development in business management and leadership skills as part of the project.
Most Associates have the opportunity to take a subsidised Higher Degree through the project, and over 70% are offered permanent employment by their host company on completion of the project.
