UTP is an 8 week placement scheme within small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). University Talent source placements with companies and match them with suitably skilled and motivated students or recent graduates.
Employers expect graduates to have evidence of transferrable skills and look favourably at students who undertook placements while at university. By participating in the UTP scheme, you will gain an edge over other candidates.
