Hannah Randolph
University: University of Nottingham Company: Lucky Pants Project: To help conduct market research on their range of sexy and convenient overnight packs. In particular Hannah concentrated on the ‘Lucky Kits’ range, designed for adults who stay out after a night out but still want to freshen up in the morning. Despite having no market research training or qualifications, Hannah created and distributed questionnaires, set up and co-hosted focus groups and contacted wholesalers from around the world. She said,
“The project has given me an in-depth, one-on-one experience of business, both directing and managing because I was the only member of staff assisting the director. Working in such a compact team gave me the opportunity to taste the different tasks and roles associated with running and working within a small business.”
