UTP schemes can take place throughout the year. Typically they last for eight weeks. The normal rate of pay is £7.50 per hour.
If you are a student, you can complete the project part time- no more than fourteen hours per week. The placement is arranged around your academic timetable, to ensure that you can still dedicate time to your studies.
If you are a graduate, you can arrange to complete the project on a full time basis.
